Our Bootcamp today could be just what you need.
Our sessions are designed to help you lose weight while improving your fitness and strength with other friendly motivated individuals.
Classes are limited to a max of 5 people ensuring you get the most out of the session as possible.
Sessions run every Saturday from 8:30-09:30 
£10 a session
