How it works
Stage 1:
Initial Consultation – This can be done via Skype or a phone call and used so we can ascertain as much information on your lifestyle, training history (if any), past or present injuries (if any) and eating habits.
Stage 2:
The Plan – Each program is bespoke and designed around you, your goals and your lifestyle which is why we have such an in depth consultation.
Nutrition is a massive component and we will require you to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed during the week. This way we can make positive changes that are particular to how and what you eat.
Stage 3:
Staying on Track: – Once a week you will have a phone/skype call with your personal trainer. This will help keep you motivated and have the accountability to ensure you’re staying on track. This will also give us time to review your program and nutrition plan.
